| 摘 要： | 对12例不同部位癌组织中浸润淋巴细胞与瘤细胞的相互关系进行了电镜研究。发现有少数淋巴细胞以多种方式和瘤细胞相接触。与淋巴细胞接触的瘤细胞有些出现了破坏性改变,这些改变符合细胞自谢(Apoptosis)变化。此等结果表明,有些浸润淋巴细胞在体內对瘤细胞具有杀伤作用,被杀伤瘤细胞的主要死亡形式为自谢。然而由于和瘤细胞接触的淋巴细胞极少,浸润淋巴细胞在肿瘤局部的杀伤作用是非常有限的。

| Abstract: | The relationship between tumor cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) in tumor tissues from 12 cases of carcinoma of various sites was studied at the electron microscope level. Only at few TIL got in touch with tumor cells by several patterns of contact. Some tumor cells contacting with lymphocytes showed destructive changes similar to that of apoptosis. These findings indicate that some TIL can kill tumor cells in vivo and the main mode of tumor cell death is apoptosis, However, there were only a few TIL in contact with tumor cells. the tumoricidal effect of TIL in tumor tissue may be very limited. |
