摘    要:灌浆工程为浅埋、小间距水下隧道,针对研究区隧道围岩为强风化砾岩、泥质胶结、物理力学性质较差,砾岩裂隙不发育且宽度小,且要求灌浆后隧道围岩有较高强度(大于3 MPa)和不发生有害的渗水,选择能灌入较小裂隙和强度高的超细水泥。灌浆时掺加0.5%左右的减水剂,降低黏度,提高浆材的流动性,便于灌入细微裂隙中,提高其可灌性。加入10%左右膨胀剂,利于防渗补强。根据被灌入的岩土层特性和加固要求,合理选择灌浆浆液性能参数和灌浆参数,并在现场灌浆试验验证。通过浆液配比试验、现场与室内检测,认为该隧道灌浆效果较好。灌浆后围岩物理力学性质有较大改善,强度有较大提高,围岩渗透性很弱。研究成果可供类似工程的研究、设计和施工参考。

Abstract:Based on the fact that the grouting engineering is widely used in a shallow tunnel,small spacing tunnel and underwater tunnel,the surrounding rock is strong weathering conglomerate which is of argillaceous cement,poor physical and mechanical property and undeveloped and small fissure,in order to construct safely and economically,the grouted surrounding rock was required to be greater than 3 MPa of the non-confining compression strength and confined seepage.So,superfine cement was used to satisfy the demand ...
