摘    要:介绍了同步操纵系统应用中出现的制动阀切除问题,阐述了制动阀切除的机理、故障原因、故障种类,分析了减少制动阀切除故障的方法、制订了修改系统流量算法、定期校准列车管传感器及流量传感器、优化乘务员操纵、加强机车及同步操纵系统的日常维护等措施,经过一年多的验证,故障明显减少,保证了同步操纵系统在大秦线的正常运用。

Abstract:This paper introduces the brake valve cut-out issue in the synchronous operation system,explains the principle of the brake valve cut-out,reasois and categroy of failure.It also analyzed the means to minimize the brake valve cut-out and measures to modify the system flow algorithm,periodically calibrate the BP flow transducer and flow transducer,optimize locomotive driver's operation, strengthen the daily maintenance for locomotive and synchronous control system.The one-year on line experience proves that failure rate drops dramatically.It ensures the normal operation of the synchronous control system on the Daqin Line.
