| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用有限元疲劳分析方法对汽车副车架进行疲劳评价的关键因素，包括有限元网格划分方法、材料属性以及典型工况的选用等，并利用该方法对某副车架疲劳寿命进行分析，通过与台架试验结果对比，阐明了副车架虚拟设计的可靠性。

| Abstract: | Introduces the key factors using finite element fatigue analysis method to evaluate for automobile auxiliary frame,including finite element grid division method,material property value and selection of classic working condition and ere,and using this method to do analysis for fatigue life of certain auxiliary frame, through comparation with bench test result,expatiates the reliability of virtual design for auxiliary frame |
