| 摘 要： | 西江是我国内河航运发展的一个缩影。内河航运在综合运输体系中的弱势地位,在西江表现得淋漓尽致,我国内河航运发展过程中产生的各种问题在西江几乎都有所体现,碍航、断航、滞航……不一而足。如果西江问题解决了,将对我国整个内河航运实现"畅通高效平安绿色"发展起到积极的促进作用。但由于西江问题涉及到众多行业和部门,协调困难。全国政协委员、广西壮族自治区政协副主席彭钊在接受记者采访时呼吁,西江黄金水道建设应该上升为国家发展战略。

| Abstract: | Xi River is an miniature of the inland waterway transport development in China. If the problem of Xijiang River gets settled, it will play an active part in promoting the inland shipping developing toward ＂smooth, efficient, safe and green＂. Peng Zhao, CPPCC Member and vice-chairman of CPPCC Guangxi called on in the interview to bring the construction of the golden watercourse Xijiang River into national strategy. |
