金融危机背景下推进大学毕业生就业工作的思考

因受美国金融危机的影响,人才市场供求关系转变加快,毕业生供求矛盾日益明显。如何给大学毕业生创造良好的就业环境,营造融洽的就业氛围,是高校就业工作面临的新课题。针对当前高校就业工作的严峻形势,结合我院实际提出抓就业指导、促信息建设、拓就业市场三个就业工作方案来解决毕业生就业难的问题。

Ways to Promote College Students'Employment Work under the Situation of Financial Crisis

Under the present financial crisis situation,the work on students＇ employment faces great challenges.It is a new topic for colleges to create harmonious employment environment.This paper,aiming at current austere employment situation and combining our practical work on employment,brings forward that three employment work plans in association with bettering employment guide,improving information construction and expanding employment markets can work effectively to handle the problem of employment.
