摘    要:
北京地铁四号线三期区间隧道穿越砂卵石地层,存在围岩易塌落、隧道底部起鼓和涌砂、顶板上方土体沉降,影响道路和桥梁安全等施工风险,并且不易钻孔注浆,工效较低。针对以上问题,改进了小导管设计参数和注浆参数,提出了砂卵石地层浅埋暗挖法"早封面、管细短、少扰动、快凝固、固拱脚、中拉槽"施工原则,施工效果较好,月进度达60~70 m。文章介绍了砂卵石地层台阶法施工工艺,提出了下台阶反核心土开挖,以及小导管注浆和锁脚锚管施工要点。
