洋山深水港四期自动化码头自动导引车运行评价指标

目前国内外的自动化码头水平运输设备大都采用AGV,可实现码头水平运输全自动化,提升水平运输的效率,但是目前尚缺少一套全面、实用、系统化的AGV运行评价指标。通过明确评价指标的选取原则,构建全面完善的AGV运行评价指标体系,分析影响AGV运行情况的影响因素,从而为AGV调度及路径规划的优化提供数据支撑。

Study on Operation Evaluation Indexes of Automated Guided Vehicle of Automated Terminal in Yangshan Port Phase IV

At present,AGV are used in the domestic and foreign automated terminals as the horizontal transport equipment,which can realize the full automation of horizontal transport and improve the efficiency of horizontal transport.However,there is still a lack of comprehensive,practical and systematic operation evaluation indexes for AGV.By clarifying the selection principles of evaluation indexes,the comprehensive and perfect operation evaluation indexes of AGV are constructed.The influencing factors of AGV operation are analyzed,which provides data support for the optimization of AGV scheduling and path planning.
