摘    要:双起升岸桥小车电机输出轴断裂会造成设备长时间停机,严重影响作业效率,且故障容易反复出现。从分析轴的断面形式和断裂位置入手,揭示输出轴断裂的原因,根据分析结果进行电机排装工艺改进,有效降低电机输出轴断裂的风险,确保设备的正常运行。

Abstract:Aiming at the output shaft fracture of double-lift quayside bridge motor,which will cause the equipment shut down for a long time,seriously affect the work efficiency,and the fault will easily appear repeatedly. Therefore,the section form and fracture location of the shaft are analyzed in this paper,and the reason of output shaft fracture is revealed. Besides, the motor scheduling process is improved according to the analysis results. It can effectively reduce the risk of motor output shaft fracture and ensure the normal operation of equipment.
