自动化码头提箱归并策略

如何在减少提箱过程中无效的翻箱作业的同时提高自动化堆场利用率是自动化码头需解决的重大问题。在传统码头堆场提箱作业模式进行对比分析的基础上,结合自动化码头堆场布局及设备特点,对自动化码头堆场提箱归并策略进行创新,综合应用改变进口箱进场选位逻辑、同票同流向集装箱预约处理、改变预约的机制、合理利用海陆侧轨道吊的生产时间窗口等对策,减少翻箱和重复翻箱数量,减少外集卡提箱作业在码头的周转时间,并将该策略运用在洋山深水港四期码头,检验其可行性及优越性。

Container Retrieval Merging Strategy of Automated Terminal

Reducing the invalid reshuffle during retrieval process while improving the utilization rate of automated storage yard is an important problem of automated terminal to solve.Based on the analysis of the operation mode of container retrieval of traditional terminal yard,combining with the layout and equipment characteristics of automated terminal yard,container retrieval merging strategy of automated terminal yard is innovated.Strategies,including changing the entrance and selecting logic of imported container,handling container reservation with the same ticket and flow direction,changing the mechanism of reservation and using the production time window of the sea-land side rail mounted crane reasonably,are applied to reduce the number of container reshuffle and reduce the turnover time of retrieving operation of inbound containers in terminals.At the same time,these strategies have been applied in Yangshan Deepwater Port Phase IV to test the feasibility and superiority.
