| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型的用于平仓及露天堆场粮食装船的链斗式装船机。该机由环型链斗结构、带式输送机及装船溜管结构组成,设备占用空间小,作业过程中除尘效果明显,可减少自卸车爬坡倒料时间,降低相关作业人员的工作强度,提高港口码头的散装粮食装卸效率,增加港口码头的空间利用率。

| Abstract: | A new type of chain bucket ship loader for grain loading in cottage warehouse and open yard is introduced in this paper.The ship loader consists of a ring chain bucket structure,a belt conveyor and a loading chute structure.The equipment occupies small space and has obvious dust removal effect during operation.By using the chain bucket ship loader,the time of climbing and dumping of dump trucks and the working intensity of relevant operators can be reduced,which is beneficial to improving the handling efficiency of bulk grain and increasing the space utilization ratio of port terminals. |
