加速度在摩托车疲劳耐久试验中的应用研究

摘    要:在摩托车前后轴头安装振动加速度传感器,拾取路面传递到车架的加速度信号,即路谱,并以此信号为目标,再对该目标信号进行必要的编辑和处理,通过计算传递函数和迭代获得台架驱动信号,从而进行耐久试验。结果表明,加速度信号稳定可靠,能准确反映路面对车架的激励,易于采集和处理,适合作为路谱信号。

Abstract:Fix the acceleration sensors at the front and rear spindle noses,pick up the signal transmitted from the ground,that is the spectrum of road surface roughness.Taking this as the aim and edit and process the aim signal and obtain the bad driving signal through the compute transfer function,therefore the durability test is done the result shows the acceleration signal stable and reliable,which can reflect the excitation and collect those which takes as surface signal.
