| Abstract: | The DUI always forms in certain condition, it goes through several stages which in- cludes drinking, the decision of the traffic way after drinking, starting vehicle, driving vehicle on the road, etc. Preventing the DUI could be realized only if everystage is effectively controlled and guided. |
