摘    要:通过结构分析和CAE仿真模拟,采用高强度低合金TRIP钢成功冲压制造了城市小客车车架横梁件。该横梁件不仅强度得到提高,而且达到了显著的轻量化效果;不仅缩短了开发周期,减少成本,而且扩大了高强度钢在汽车上的应用范围。

Abstract:Based on the structure analysis and CAE simulation,the cross member of frame in mini-bus was produced successfully with TRIP steel.Not only the strength of cross member can be improved,but also the light-weighting and good economic benefit can be obtained. It not only reduces development period and product cost,but also enlarges the field of application of high strength steel in vehicle.
