| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的飞速发展,如何利用信息化手段整合铁路旅客服务信息,拓宽旅客信息获取渠道,为铁路旅客提供更人性化的服务,提高旅客满意度,成为目前铁路旅客服务信息系统的重要内容.本文基于SOA技术,对铁路旅客服务信息系统进行集成架构设计,整合铁路与铁路周边资源,强化铁路旅客服务的辐射功能,实现铁路旅客信息服务的一体化.
