| Abstract: | Based on the current industrial structure readjustment background,the article presents that Guangxi must constructing the modern logistics system leading by Xijiang Riv-er water transportation to win in the competition of industrial transfer.Thus Xijiang River eco-nomic belts will become the processing manufacturing sub-centres closely linked the world processing manufacturing center of ＂pearl river delta＂. |
