软硬沥青复配温拌技术的费用效益分析

摘    要:基于浙江省S208省道杭昱线昌化段软硬沥青复配温拌技术试验路工程,分析了软硬沥青复配温拌混合料和热拌沥青混合料所铺筑的沥青面层的建设费用、施工过程中的节能减排指标、路用性能和使用寿命,并提出用寿命/费用比指标来综合评价混合料的费用效益。研究表明:与热拌沥青混合料相比,软硬沥青复配混合料的初期建设费用较高,但其寿命/费用提高了54%,同时具有较好的路用性能,节能减排效果显著,因此有着广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Based on Zhejiang Province S208 Province Highway Hangyu Line Changhua Section Soft and Hard Asphalt Warm-mixing Technical Testing Road Project,the article analyzes the construction cost,energy conservation and emission reduction index in construction,road performance and service life of the asphalt pavement paved by the soft and hard warm-mixed material and the hot-mixed asphalt mixture,and puts forward to comprehensively evaluates the cost benefit of the mixture by the service life / cost ratio index.The study shows that the primary construction cost of soft and hard asphalt mixed material is higher than the hot-mixed asphalt mixture after compared,but its service life / cost ratio will enhance by 54%,and it has the better road performance and its effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is obvious.Therefore,it has the wide application prospect to spread.
