车载互联系统主观评价方法研究

摘    要:随着移动互联网的技术提升,以及用户对于汽车多媒体系统的需求增加,车载大屏已经成为车内越来越普遍的舒适性配置,在线服务功能也融入系统之中。在此背景下,汽车已不仅仅是简单的交通工具,也承载了移动信息、办公、娱乐、生活的作用,因此车载互联系统逐渐成为车辆的一项重要配置,甚至已经影响到越来越多人的购车决策。为提升车载互联系统主观评价的效率与便利性,阐述了人机交互的设计流程与设计原则,提出了一套详细且实用的主观评价方法。将车载互联系统分为人车交互、功能实现、服务生态、沟通好感度4个维度进行评价,更加适用于功能丰富且快速更新迭代的车载互联系统。

Research on Subjective Evaluation Method of On-Board Vehicular Connection System

Abstract:With the improvement of mobile internet technology and the increasing user demands for automobile multimedia system, on-board screen has become a more and more common comfort configuration in cars, and online service functions have also been integrated into the system. In this context, the automobile is not only a simple means of transportation, but also carries the functions of mobile information, office, entertainment and life. Therefore, the on-board vehicular-connection system has gradually become an important configuration of the vehicle, and has even affected the purchase decision of more and more people. In order to improve the efficiency and convenience of subjective evaluation of vehicular connection system, this paper expounds the design process and design principles of human-machine interaction,and proposes a detailed and practical subjective evaluation method. The on board vehicular connection system is divided into four dimensions: human-vehicle interaction, function realization, service ecology and communication preference, which are more suitable for the on-board vehicular connection system with rich functions, rapid update and iteration.
