摘    要:济南二环东路高架桥工程第三合同段跨胶济铁路段上部结构为简支变连续小箱梁,下部结构为门式墩,墩高18.1~25.5 m,墩顶设大体积盖梁,梁高达3 m,仅2.6 m宽,净跨24.7 m,施工难度大。以第114号盖梁为例,介绍了大体积盖梁的钢管桁架法施工设计。

Abstract:The upper structure of the 3rd contract section of the viaduct in Jihan East 2nd ring road is simple support gird- er plus continuous box girder, and the lower structure is portal pier. The pier is 18.1 ~26.5 m high, and a large volume cap beam was put on top of the pier, which is 3 m high, 2.6 m wide, with a clear span of 24.7 m. The paper gives a brief introduction of the construction of the cap beam with steel tubular truss method.
