PC梁桥顶推施工过程的仿真分析

摘    要:顶推法是预应力混凝土连续梁桥的一种先进的无支架自架设施工方法,由于其具有不影响通航、缩短工期和降低施工成本等优点而得到推广,但在顶推施工过程中主梁的受力远较采用其他常规的施工方法要复杂,有必要对施工过程进行准确的模拟。本文以广州市内环路的珠江东桥为工程背景,采用了大型通用有限元程序ANSYS建立全桥实体模型,对箱梁桥在顶推施工过程的受力与变形进行仿真计算分析。根据计算分析的结果,对局部应力较大部位,提出通过加强构造措施的建议。最后,提出建立三维模型进行桥梁结构仿真分析的必要性。

Abstract:The incremental launching method is an advanced no-support self-erecting construction method of pre-stressed concrete continuous girder bridge. The method has been spread because of its advantages not affecting the navigation, shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost. But in the course of the incremental launching construction, the main girder is stressed far which is more complicated than the other conventional construction methods to be used. It is necessary to imitate the accuracy of the construction method. Taking Zhujiang East Bridge of Guangzhou City Inner Ring Road as the engineering background, the article uses large-scale universal finite element program ANSYS to set up the solid model of the whole bridge, and carries out the imitating calculation and analysis of the stressing and deformation in the course of the incremental launching construction of the box girder bridge. Based on the results of the calculation and analysis, the suggestion strengthening the constructional measures is put forward for the partial positions having larger stress. At last, the necessity is put forward to set up three-dimensional model to carry out the imitating analysis of the bridge structure.
