| Abstract: | In order to reduce noise generated by a high speed train,it is necessary to reduce noise from the lower area of carbody.In this paper,countermeasures for reducing noise from the lower area of carbody with sound-absorbing panels are described.The performance of sound-absorbing materials is evaluated.The optimized area of the sound-absorbing panels attached to the actual train is expounded. |
