薄板点焊结构有限元建模方法研究

摘    要:点焊是铁路不锈钢车体广泛采用的焊接技术,用于连接金属薄板结构或帽型结构。一个典型不锈钢车体包含约三万个点焊,在车体结构分析中详细创建每个点焊的有限元模型是不现实的,需要用简单的模型代替。文章介绍了薄板点焊结构有限元模型的七种创建方法,从动力学角度分析了试样各种有限元模型的振动特性,并与试验结果进行对比,旨在得出一种适合不锈钢点焊车体结构振动分析的点焊模型。
