| 摘 要： | 报告1994年6月至1996年2月间对45例中下段食管癌患者行左前外侧开胸上胸段食管内翻拨脱，食管床全胃移植颈部吻合术。手术切除率100％，手术吻合口瘘发生率6．6％（3／45），喉返神经损伤2例，左下肺感染2例，无手术死亡。同其它手术方法比较具有相对简单，对心肺功能影响小，严重并发症少，而且能达到全食管切除的优点。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the treatment of carcinoma in the lower and middle segment of theesophagus through inversion-stripping upperesophagectomy with small thoracotomy in 45 casesfrom June 1994 to July 1996. As compared to othermethods, this procedure is simple, has less disturbance of cardiopulmonary functions, and can makeresection of the whole esophagus. Postoperativecomplications included hoarseness in 2 cases, leftpulmonary infection in 2 cases,anastomotic leakagein 3 cases,no postoperative death and hospital deathoccurred. The surgical techniques and points for attention are discussed in this paper. |
