| 摘 要： | 针对交通科技项目评价指标相关性强、难以量化的问题,通过对各指标的相关性分析,然后采取了因子分析法对西部交通科技项目评价指标体系进行降维处理,并通过因子负载阵的分析,明确了各个因子的物理意义,最后算得各项因子的数值.最终寻求蕴藏在众多指标之后的内在因素.通过实践评价与理论分析相结合的方法,完成了西部交通科技项目投入产出指标体系降维处理,把交通科技项目原有的10项评价指标降为5项,且包含原有数据的大部分信息.
