摘    要:舰艇编队作战能力是一个涉及多指标的复杂系统,受战场环境、装备性能、人为等因素的影响,包含许多随机和模糊因素,对其进行定量评估尚存在一定的困难。针对世界各国两栖装备发展的现状,提出两栖编队的作战概念,构建了两栖编队作战能力指标体系;基于云理论的思想,运用云重心评价方法给出作战能力评估模型,并进行实例计算。

Abstract:The operational capability of ship formations is a complex system which involving multiple indicator,which is affect by battlefield environment,performance of equipment,human factors and so on,but also include many random factors and fuzzy factors,and it is some difficult in quantitative evaluating the operational capability of ship formations.After introducing the development of amphibious equipment in the world,the operational concept of amphibious ship formations has been introduced,and an index system of operational capability evaluation for amphibious ship formations was built.Based on cloud theory,the evaluation models for operational capability was introduced by using the method of the mcgc,and an example was calculated by this method.
