| 摘 要： | 针对舰船装备论证方案的综合评估问题,提出了一种较为系统而全面的综合评估方法,建立了论证方案的评价指标体系。分别从武器系统性能指数、平台系统性能指数、经济性指数、风险指数和周期指数等5个方面建立评价模型;构建了方案综合评估指数作为对论证方案的全面衡量,可为论证方案的评估和决策工作提供有益参考。

| Abstract: | A systematic and integrated method was proposed to solve the comprehensive assessment on demonstration programs of ship equipment.An evaluation index system was established for demonstration programs.The evaluation model was constructed form five aspects of the weapon system performance index,the platform performance index,the economic index,the risk index and the cycle index respectively.A comprehensive evaluation index was constructed as a measure of the overall demonstration program,which can provide a useful reference for the assessment on demonstrate programs and decision-making. |
