面神经移植再生的组织形态学观察

本研究应用动物实验从组织病理形态方面比较带血管面神经移植与不带血管面神经移植后神经纤维再生的效果,并观察神经移植术后不同时间神经纤维的再生恢复过程,为临床带血管面神经移植提供实验和理论依据。实验结果表明:神经束内面积恢复率,神经纤维再生率,有髓神经纤维再生率,神经纤维密度率及有髓神经纤维直径恢复率等项数值均证明,带血管面神经移植组显著优于不带血管神神经移植组。提示:在临床上当长段的神经缺损,以及受纳床血供差的情况下应考虑作带血管的面神经移植。

THE HISTOLOGICAL MORPHOLOGIC OBSERVATION OF THE NERVE REGENERATION AFTER FACIAL NERVE GRAFTING

This study is to compare the effect of the nerve fibre regeneration of vascularised facial nerve grafts with that of non-vascularisod facial norve grafts, and to observe the regeneration process of nerve fibre at different time after operation by means of animal experiments in histologic and pathologic-morphology, so as to provide the experimental and theoretical basis for clinical vascularised facial nerve grafting. The experimental results indicate that the vascularised facial nerve grafting group is superioc to the non-vascula rised facial nerve grafting group in the recovery rate of nerve bundle area, the rate of regeneration of nerve fibre, the rate of denisity of nerve fibers, the recovery rate of diameter of myelinated nerve fibres and so on. This suggested that the vasculatised facial nerve grafting should be chosen when facial nerve gaP is long or blood supply is poor in the receired bed.
