基于费用效益分析的路面预防性养护技术

运用费用一效益分析的观点，对沥青路面预防性养护技术进行了研究。明确了路面预防性养护的定义和技术理念；分析了包括成本效益、交通效益和使用性能效益在内的路面预养护效益；总结了上海地区典型沥青路面预防性养护措施的技术经济特征，并采用等效年度费用法对措施的成本效益进行了分析；以路面预防性养护措施的费用效益分析为核心提出了最佳预防性养护时间的确定方法和相关参数，其中，费用包括预防性养护措施费、中修费和日常养护费用，效益以路面性能曲线下的面积表征。成果表明沥青路面的预防性养护应以合理的费用效益分析为基础，以达到节省路面寿命周期内养护费用的目的：提出的理论、方法、技术和参数，基本解决了建立沥青路面预防性养护体系的关键技术，成果可供相关的研究和应用参考：

Pavement Preventive Maintenance for Highway Based on Cost-benefit Analysis

Cost-benefit analysis method is adopted to study preventive maintenance treatments for asphalt pavement. The defnition of pavement preventive maintenance is clarified by investigation and comparison,The technical - economic characters of pavement maintenance treatments typieally used for asphalt pavement in Shanghai are summarized. Cost-benefit analysis for preventive maintenance treatments including maintenance cost, traffic benefit and performance benefit using equivalent annual cost method is carried out. Cost-benefit analysis method is brought forward to determine optimum maintenance methods and time. The costs include treatment cost, major maintenance cost and reconstruction cost. The benefit is represents by the area under the pavement performance curve. Results show that cost-benefit analysis is the key of pavement preventive maintenance, which is the guarantee to save costs during the pavement cost life.These theories, methods, technologies and parameters are the basis to build pavement preventive technique system and can be used as a reference for further research and application.
