聚氨酯在铁路道砟粘结技术中的应用综述

摘    要:有砟轨道在薄弱地段的维修工作频繁、轨道几何形位保持难度大。利用聚氨酯材料将散体道砟粘结起来,可增强轨道结构并延长维修周期。通过对国外处理有砟轨道薄弱地段的聚氨酯道砟粘结技术进行分类总结,并与国内进行对比分析。结论为:(1)归纳总结了聚氨酯道砟粘结技术在国内外应用的断面粘结形式;(2)对比分析了聚氨酯道砟粘结技术在国内外新建铁路有砟-无砟过渡段的应用情况,给出了建议的过渡段粘结形式;(3)既有线宜采用道砟胶固化道床,并根据病害的位置和路基排水功能,选择影响维修的或不影响维修的断面粘结形式。

Overview of Polyurethane Application in Ballast-bonding of Railway

Abstract:Track maintenance work is frequently conducted in weak sections of ballasted track,and the track geometry is difficult to maintain. Track structure can be strengthened by bonding ballast with polyurethane geocomposites,and maintenance cycle can also be extended. This paper classifies and summarizes polyurethane ballast-bonding practices in weak sections of ballasted track overseas and compares them with the applications in China. The results include the summary of the ballast-bonding section forms used at home and abroad,the comparison and analysis of the applications of polyurethane ballast-bonding technology in new line of the transition zone between ballasted and ballastless sections with suggested bonding form for the zone. The existing railway should use ballast glue to consolidate ballast bed and choose suitable bonding section form depending on the location of defects and drainage function of subgrade.
