运营高速铁路路基无砟轨道抬升注浆材料性能研究

摘    要:为保证运营线高速铁路路基段沉降无砟轨道抬升用高聚物注浆材料的性能满足工程要求,并确保其不会对环境造成污染,通过系统的疲劳性、耐久性以及浸水后有害离子测试试验对无砟轨道抬升用高聚物注浆材料的抗疲劳性能、耐化学侵蚀、耐老化性等耐久性能和环保性能开展系统研究,并进行工程应用效果验证。研究结果表明:高聚物注浆材料在疲劳荷载作用下残余变形小,具有良好的尺寸稳定性;耐化学侵蚀性和耐老化性优良,强度保持率70%以上,环保性能好,高聚物注浆材料长期埋入地下时不会对环境造成影响;工程实体取样验证表明高聚物注浆材料耐久性能与环保性能均满足设计要求,有效保持了抬升后无砟轨道结构的稳定性。

Research on Properties of Grouting Material for Uplifting Ballastless Track Structure of Operational High-speed Railway

Abstract:To ensure the properties of the high polymer grouting material to meet the requirements of practical engineering and pollution-free environment,the fatigue,durability and environmental properties of the high polymer grouting material are studied in terms of the fatigue property,chemical resistance,aging durability and environmental performance with systematic anti-fatigue test,durability test and harmful ion content of soaking water test. The properties are verified by engineering application. The results show that the hardened polymer grouting materials has small residual deformation, high dimensional stability,high chemical resistance and aging resistance with over 70% of strength retention.Moreover,the polymer grouting materials embedded long in the ground will not affect the environment.The engineering application indicates that the properties of high polymer grouting materials meet the design requirements and the stability of ballastless track structure is secured effectively.
