壁板坡特长隧道平导快速施工技术

摘    要:壁板坡隧道是国内在建高铁特长隧道之一,为沪昆客专全线控制性工程。平导作为辅助坑道,在保证施工安全、控制工期和快速贯通等方面具有重要作用。壁板坡隧道平导全长14 717 m,独头掘进长度大、开挖工作面小、地质条件复杂、通风距离长,施工难度高等,为高风险隧道工程。根据壁板坡隧道平导快速施工的成功经验,总结出适用于长大隧道平导快速掘进的施工组织方案、超前地质预报措施、机械化作业配套方法和施工标准化管理方法。壁板坡隧道平导提前6个月贯通,创造了我国特长铁路隧道平导单口掘进长度8 000 m的新纪录。

Technologies in Rapid Construction of Parallel Drift of Bibanpo Super-long Tunnel

Abstract:Bibanpo tunnel is one of the control projects of the Shanghai- Kunming dedicated passenger line,and the longest tunnel under construction on dedicated passenger line in China. Parallel drift is the auxiliary tunnel of Bibanpo tunnel,it has important role in ensuring construction safety,control time and fast run- through of the tunnel. The parallel drift is 14 717 m long. The long distance of single head tunneling,small working face,complex geological conditions and long distance ventilation have made it a high-risk project. The experiences in fast construction of the parallel drift with respect to construction organization plan,advanced geological forecast method, mechanical operation method and standard construction management are summarized. The parallel drift is finished six months ahead of the schedule,making a new record in parallel drift of railway tunnel with single excavating distance of 8 000 m.
