复合式TBM重叠隧道施工控制技术研究

摘    要:以重庆轨道交通5号线冉家坝站—大龙山站区间及大龙山站—大石坝站区间为背景,针对2条重叠小净距隧道的特点,重点阐述注浆加固、下层隧道同步支撑台车、上层隧道复合式TBM重叠段掘进控制等施工技术在隧道施工中的应用,对城市轨道交通类似工程提供参考。

Study on Control of Overlapping Tunneling with Composite TBM

Abstract:The segments from Ranjiaba Station to Dalongshan Station and from Dalongshan Station to Dashiba Station of Chongqing Metro Line 5 are referenced to explain the application of such technologies as grouting reinforcement,synchronous supporting trolley in the lower tunnel and the excavation control of the composite TBM excavation in the upper tunnel of overlapping section based on the characteristics of two overlapping small-spacing tunnels. The results may provide reference for similar works of urban rail transit construction.
