摘    要:针对乌鞘岭隧道大台竖井在井身掘进过程中遇到的爆破进尺不佳难题,通过对爆破器材、孔眼深度及掏槽方式进行比选,得出了一套在千枚岩地层进行竖井掘进时的深孔爆破参数,并取得了显著成效,使得爆破进尺由原来的1.8~2.2m提高到3.2~3.8m,确保了大台竖井成井工期目标。

Abstract:In the initial sinking stage of Datai vertical shaft, the blasting advance rate is not satisfactory. A set of deep hole blasting parameters for deep vertical shaft sinking is obtained by optimization of the blasting agents, shothole lengths and cut manners. The optimized blasting parameters are applied in the shaft sinking and satisfactory results are achieved. The blasting advance rate is increased from the original 1.8~2.2m to 3.2~3.8m and the target completion date of Datai vertical shaft is guaranteed.
