| 摘 要： | 本文以IMO有关"IMO公司和登记船东唯一识别号机制"的SOLAS 74修正案、实施通函和目前劳氏公平年鉴的实施情况为基础,就目前如何来实施该机制进行了分析和研究,对于我国实施该机制进行了简要的利弊分析,提出了我国的实施建议。
