柴油机中压共轨系统电磁阀驱动电路的仿真研究

摘    要:对柴油机电控中压共轨系统高速大流量电磁阀驱动电路进行了设计,实现了用一路信号控制电路的高压端和低压端;讨论了场效应管的并联运用和运行保护技术;采用自举法,解决了高低压驱动电路中高压端源极电位的浮动问题;通过试验和仿真,分析了驱动电路中的关键元件对电路性能的影响,对电路元件进行了优化,提高了驱动电路工作的可靠性.

Abstract:Driven Circuit is designed for the solenoid valve with high speed and great flow used in electronically controlled medium pressure common rail system of diesel engine. Single signal is needed to control the circuit, which saved the control ports. Floating pled by the capacitance, whose influence to the circuit voltage of the source end in MOSFET is couis analyzed in detail through the simulation model built by Prote199. The electrical parts are optimized resulting in higher credibility of the circuit.
