机车弹性6杆牵引装置设计

摘    要:针对DF4机车利用环形弹簧设计了弹性6杆牵引装置,代替广泛使用的刚性6杆牵引装置。该装置的弹性元件为环形弹簧,在工作载荷作用下,弹簧均在压缩态工作。对弹簧的应力、变形以及变形能进行理论分析和计算,结果满足工作要求。利用ANSYS对所选弹簧进行应力分析,得到应力沿弹簧的轴向和径向的分布趋势。弹性6杆牵引装置能缓冲机车的纵向冲动,同时通过环形弹簧之间摩擦力做功消耗大部分能量,达到减振的目的,能有效的改善机车的纵向性能。

Abstract:For DF4 locomotive, six rods elastic traction equipment is designed by ring spring to take place of the rigid one used extensively. Elastic element of this equipment is ring spring which always works in the state of compressing on the load. Its stress, deformation and,deformation energy are analyzed and calculated theoretically, and the result is satisfied for requirement. The stress of ring spring selected is analyzed by ANSYS, and the trend of stress distributing along axis and radius is obtained. The six rods elastic traction equipment can buffer locomotive longitudinal impulsion, and consume majority of absorbed energy by work of friction force between two ring springs to reduce oscillation, and improve longitudinal performance of locomotive effectively.
