| 摘 要： | 在研发某型重载车用柴油机过程中,针对研制初期暴露的结构可靠性问题,通过整机综合性能、气缸盖、喷油泵、增压器和活塞组等技术攻关以及连杆衬套、喷油器衬套、机油泵螺栓、气门与气门座圈摩擦副、主轴承螺柱螺母紧固力矩和曲轴等结构、材料或工艺参数进行研究与改进,实现了柴油机综合性能优化和可靠性的提升,满足了使用要求。

| Abstract: | During the researching and developing process of some heavy-duty diesel engine,the reliability problem of structure was found.For the problem,the vehicle comprehensive performance and the technology of cylinder head,injection pump,turbocharger and piston assembly were analyzed.Meanwhile,the structure,material or technology parameters of connecting rod sleeve,injector sleeve,lubricant pump bolt,friction pair of valve and valve seat,nut fastening moment of main bearing stud and crankshaft were deeply studied ... |
