境外铁路项目运维人员培训探索

在铁路"走出去"项目背景下,以境外铁路运维人员培训为研究对象,在对铁路人才需求现状分析的基础上,总结现阶段培训工作实施过程中遇到的问题。提出要重点关注制定组织架构、确定岗位准入门槛、编制培训计划、分层次开展培训、培训师培训、高水平的翻译团队、培训中心建设等重点事项。并指出要切实开展培训效果评估以保障培训的实效性,及为下一步更好实施境外运维人员培训需要开展的工作,以适应境外铁路项目运维人员培训的需求,建立和完善境外铁路运维人员培训体系,为铁路"走出去"项目的顺利实施提供支撑。

Training of Operation & Maintenance Personnel for Overseas Railway Project

In such a context of railway’s “going global” campaign, training of operation & maintenance personnel for overseas railway project is studied, with challenges encountered during implementation of training programs summarized based on the analysis of current demands of railway talents. Key issues such as organization structure of the training program, definition of job requirement, preparation of training plan, leveled implementation of training program, training of trainer, high profile translation team, building of training center, etc. are proposed and evaluation on the training effect shall be conducted to assure that the time-efficiency of the training program. In the meanwhile, imminent work for training in the next step shall be identified to cater for the demands for operation & maintenance talents in overseas railway project, establish and improve the training system and provide support for smooth implementation of the “going global” projects.
