本务机车调车作业安全辅助防护系统方案研究

摘    要:通过研究本务机车调车作业现状和安全防护需求,提出采集站场、机务段内调车进路信息,通过铁路专用网络(GSM-R)或移动公网虚拟专网发送至车载设备后,结合卫星定位技术,实时计算本务机车调车作业运行前方调车进路,最终由LKJ实现调车作业的防冒、防超和防撞等安全防护控制的系统方案。

Abstract:In light of the status quo and the safe guarding requirements of the shunting operation of leading locomotive,the paper proposes the collection of access route information of the shunting locomotives both at stations/yards and at locomotive depots.The data is then transmitted to the onboard devices via GSM-R,public mobile network or virtual private network,which is integrated with the satellite positioning technology for the real-time calculation of the shunting route ahead.The LKJ is applied to implement the safety control schemes against overrunning of shunting signal,speeding and collision,etc.
