摘    要:随着我国高速铁路的快速发展,车辆运营速度越来越高,利用轮轨作用力检测技术评价轨道状态成为一种新兴的技术手段。轮轨垂向力检测在发现轨道缺陷、降低轮轨疲劳伤损、延长车辆和轨道相关部件服役寿命等方面具有重要意义。通过高速铁路联调联试轮轨垂向力检测典型案例研究和大量数据统计分析,并参考借鉴国内外相关标准,提出高速铁路联调联试车辆动力学响应轮轨垂向力评判方法,该评判方法在高速铁路联调联试中的应用效果表明,轮轨垂向力相关评价指标能够准确检测轨道缺陷,更科学地指导线路养护维修。

Abstract:With rapid development of China’s high speed railway (HSR) and growing train operation speed, wheel-rail force inspection technology becomes a new technical method to evaluate track condition. Wheel-rail vertical force plays a significant role in identifying track defect, reducing wheel-rail fatigue damage, prolonging the service life of vehicle and track relevant components. Based on the study on typical cases of wheel-rail vertical force of vehicle dynamic response for HSR testing and commissioning, the analysis of mass data and relevant standards at home and abroad, the paper proposes evaluation method of wheel-rail vertical force of vehicle dynamic response for HSR testing and commissioning. In accordance with the application effect of the method in HSR testing and commissioning, such evaluation index as wheel-rail vertical force can accurately identify track defect and steer the maintenance and repair of railways in a more scientific manner.
