| 摘 要： | 针对建筑施工项目的现金流量管理不善,严重影响项目的正常实施,增加项目经营风险。文中有针对性地介绍了现金流量的概念、预测与分析对项目管理的作用,并着重阐述了优化项目现金流量的措施。

| Abstract: | Due to the bad management of cash flow in construction project,the normally carrying out of the project will be seriously influenced and operation risks of the project will be greatly increased.Based on this,this paper introduces the concept of cash flow,and the function of the forecasting and analysis of cash flow on project management.At last,the optimize measure of the project's cash flow is stressed. |
