| 摘 要： | 对５９例结石性胆囊炎患者胆汁同时进行需氧菌、厌氧菌和Ｌ型细菌的培养，分离鉴定和药敏试验。结果∶５７例培养阳性，共检出细菌１１１株，其中需氧菌２６株、厌氧菌３７株、Ｌ型细菌４８株；且以两种以上细菌的混合感染为主。总检出率９４．９％。表明胆囊结石患者同时做需氧菌、厌氧菌和Ｌ型细菌的培养能显著提高病原菌的检出率。药敏试验表明它们各自的抗菌谱不同，３种细菌同时培养对临床准确、合理选择抗菌药物有重要意义。

| Abstract: | We underwent aerobic anaerobic and Lform becteria
culturing detection and drugsensitive tests in 59 gallstone patients bile.57 cases of culturing
are positive.We detected 111 strains of bacterial including 26 strains of aerobic bacterial,37
strains of anaerobic bacterial, 48 strains of Lform bacterial ,most of these patients are mixture
bacterial infection the ratio of total detection is 94.9%. We should make aerobic, anaerobic and
Lform bacterial culturing in all patients with gallstone;Results of drugsensitive show that
different kinds of bacteria had different antibiotic, bacterial culturing in bile can help us choose
antibiotics for bacteria infection. |
