广州港南沙港区粮食及通用码头结构创新设计

摘    要:结合广州港粮食及通用码头工程设计,分析了密实饱和砂土在打桩过程中孔隙水压力的变化特点,提出了重锤低打增加锤击频率、连续不停锤以保持桩周土较高孔隙水压力、减少桩周土侧摩阻力、增加桩打入密实砂层厚度的设计施工方法,并重点针对该工程3种不同码头结构形式交叉衔接段的设计和施工控制技术进行了专项研究,尤其对重力式和板桩结构的衔接提出了新颖的U型对接倒滤结构设计。

Abstract:Based on the design of grain and general cargo berth of Guangzhou port, we analyze the variation characteristics of port water pressure of saturated compacted sand during driving engineering, and put forward the design and construction method, i.e., heavy hammer-low blow to increase the blow frequency, continuous hamming to guarantee a higher pore water pressure of soil around the pile, reduction of the side friction in soil around the pile ,and increase of the thickness of the pile into the compacted sand. We also carry out a specific research on the design and construction control technique for the cross joints of three different kinds of wharf structural types, and propose a new U-shape connecting and filtering structure for the joints of gravity wharf and sheet pile wharf.
