摘    要:
双层多孔沥青路面相对于传统的路面结构,在降噪、抗滑、排水、抗冻及耐久性方面,有较为突出的优越性。论述了双层多孔沥青路面的发展和国外常见的结构类型,以及所使用材料的作用及要求,包括集料、粘结料、活性剂、纤维等;简述了“贝雷法”在多孔路面级配设计中的运用和利用双层沥青摊铺机进行此类路面铺设的过程;结合国内外的施工经验,提出了施工工艺中原路面的处理方式与需要考虑的环境和设备因素。

Abstract:
Compared to traditional pavement structure,double-layer porous asphalt pavement has outstanding characteristics at the aspect of noise reduction,anti-sliding,drainage,anti freeze and durability.First,this paper introduces the development of such pavement,its structures commonly used overseas,the roles and requirements of the materials used,including aggregate,binders,activating agents and fibers.second,the application of Bailey Method in grading design for porous pavement and the paving process thereof with double layer asphalt spreader are described.Last,combining with the construction experience at home and abroad,the method treating original pavement in the construction process and environmental and equipment factors required to be considered are proposed.
