狭窄空间内可拆解式盾构过站施工技术及应用——以宁波火车站为例

摘    要:城市地铁施工制约因素繁杂,部分车站因先期施工预留条件不够,导致盾构接收转场时面临吊装孔无预留“吊不出”、车站净空不足“过不去”的难题。以宁波轨道交通4号线宁波火车站为例,针对狭窄空间内盾构如何过站的问题,提出可拆解盾构方案。在设计制造阶段,将盾构刀盘、前盾、中盾和盾尾按照模数分块,以控制质量和尺寸,并通过法兰和螺栓进行可拆解式连接;在施工阶段,优化施工工艺,分为8个标准步骤对盾构进行拆解组装,顺利完成狭窄空间内的过站。该方法可有效避免常规盾构拆解时狭窄空间内切割焊接对盾构产生的损伤,保障重组后盾构的稳定性,提升拆解过站效率及安全性。盾构重新组装后顺利完成了二次始发和隧道的后续推进。

Abstract:At present, the construction conditions of the urban metro are complex, and some stations do not have enough reserved conditions such as lifting holes and enough clear space for shield receiving and transition. As a result, a kind of disassembled shield is proposed for passing the station in confined space by taking Ningbo Railway Station on Metro Line No. 4 for example. In the design and manufacturing stage, the cutterhead, front shield, middle shield and shield tail of the machine are divided into modules to control the mass and size, which are connected by flanges and bolts. During the construction stage, the disassembly and assembly of shield is divided into 8 standard steps to successfully pass through station in confined space. By adopting the method mentioned above, the damage on shield induced by disassembly in confined space can be effectively avoided, the shield stability after reassembly can be guaranteed, and the shield disassembly efficiency and safety can be improved. The secondary launching and advancing of shield have been successfully achieved after reassembly.
