摘    要:针对盾构泥浆特有的胶结性能,采用Box-Behnken 响应面法,利用泥水盾构泥浆与水泥、粉煤灰2 种无机结合料掺配制备同步砂浆胶结材料的配合比进行研究,确定最佳配合比。通过XRD 和SEM 对无机结合料-盾构废弃泥浆复合胶结材料硬化机制分析结果表明,盾构废弃泥浆特有的微观结构加速了无机结合料水化硬化反应,提高了净浆强度,所提出的无机结合料-盾构废弃泥浆复合材料可作为类似工程泥水盾构同步砂浆的胶结材料。

Abstract:The Box-Behnken response surface method is adopted to study the mixing proportion of synchronous mortar cementing materials prepared by waste mud of slurry shield with cement and that with fly ash, and the optimal mixing proportion is determined. The hardening mechanism of inorganic binder-waste mud composite cementing material is analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM), and the analytical results indicate that the peculiar microstructure of waste mud of slurry shield accelerates the inorganic binder hydration and hardening reaction, which can help increasing the paste strength. The proposed inorganic binder-waste mud of slurry shield can be used as the cementing material of slurry shield synchronous mortar in similar projects in the future.
