盾构刀具磨损超声波检测系统室内试验研究

摘    要:为实现准确检测刀具磨损量,判断换刀时机,节约刀具成本费用,确保施工安全的目的,结合目前超声波检测技术现状及国内外相关工程技术资料对盾构刀具磨损检测系统进行介绍,并在检测仪安装调试的基础上进行室内试验。验证检测仪的应用效果如下:1)研发的检测仪具备RS485通讯方式,具有实时显示功能,并通过电滑环的应用解决了测线在盾构运行过程中的绕线问题;2)新型超声波检测仪可在振动且具有一定温度的掘进环境中实时、准确地检测磨损量,并具有较好的系统稳定性。

Abstract:The state of art of the ultrasonic detection technology and related domestic and foreign engineering technical data are described and the detection system of shield cutter wearing is presented, so as to accurately detect the cutter wearing, determine the cutter replacement time, save the cutter cost and ensure the tunneling safety. Cutter wearing detection devices are installed and debugged and laboratory tests are made. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The detector developed has RS485 communication mode and real time display function, and, due to the application of the electric conduction link, the problem of measurement line twisting during shield boring is solved; 2) The new type of ultrasonic detector can detect the accurate wearing of the cutter in real time in environment with vibration and temperature, and the detector has good system stability. 
