摘    要:为了保证隧道的交通功能,实现水下隧道与陆域道路的对接,解决隧道水下段最小覆盖层厚度问题,通过对国内外水下隧道最小覆盖层厚度确定方法的讨论,针对长沙营盘路湘江隧道水下段最小覆盖层厚度,提出一种更为经济合理的确定方法。该方法通过采用工程技术措施,以风险分析、数值计算、监控量测为手段,确定施工风险大小,结合交通功能、经济分析、社会效益,确定最小覆盖层的优选方案。最后,对提出的确定方法进行总结。

Abstract:In the paper, the determination of the minimum cover thickness of Yingpanlu Xiangjiang River Crossing Tunnel in Changsha is studied, so as to ensure the traffic functions of the tunnel and to achieve smooth connection between the underwater tunnel and the ground surface roads. The existing method at home and abroad to determine the minimum cover thickness of underwater tunnels are discussed, and a more economic and rational minimum cover thickness determination method is proposed for the tunnel. According to the method proposed, the magnitude of the construction risks is determined based on the engineering measures taken and by means of risk analysis, numerical calculation, monitoring and measurement, and the minimum cover thickness of the tunnel is optimized by considering the traffic functions, economic analysis results and social significance. Finally, the method proposed is summarized. 
