| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的迅速发展,基建项目日益增多,建设工程项目造价控制与管理成为建设者尤为重视的问题。通过项目的决策、设计、发包、施工、竣工决算五个阶段对工程造价的影响及因素分析,浅析了建设工程项目的造价控制与管理,并提出了应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of social economy, capital construction projects increase day by day. Thus cost control and management for construction projects becomes a matter attracting special attention of the builders. Based on the analysis of the influence of 5 stages including project decision, design, contracting, construction and final accounting on completion to engineering cost, this paper analyzes cost control and management of construction projects, and puts forward some matters which shall be paid attention to. |
