摘    要:上海市中环线在北虹路一虹许路地道工程中首次引用了管幕加箱涵顶进工法,获得成功,对今后管幕法的推广应用具有极大意义。该文以工程为背景,对软土地层中管幕加箱涵顶进施工的关键技术,如钢管幕顶进的纠偏、管幕与箱涵的建筑间隙、箱涵的顶力计算、机头网格与开挖面稳定关系、工程对地表变形的影响和控制作了客观的综合分析。

Abstract:The pipe screen plus box culvert jacking construction method is firstly introduced in the Beihong Road ~ Hongxu Road Underpass Project in Middle Ring Line of Shanghai, which has achieved the success, and has the great significance in the spreading application of the pipe screen method in the future. Taking the project as the background, the article comprehensively and objectively analyzes the key techniques of the pipe screen plus box culvert jacking construction in the soft soil stratum. The key techniques are the deviation rectifying in the jacking of steel pipe screen, the building gap between pipe screen and box culvert, the jacking force calculation of box culvert, the stable relation of head grid with excavating face, and the influence of the project on the surface deformation and control.
